Attendance and LMS Use Policy
Every Candidate has to attend at least 75% of total program attendance Lectures.
Every candidate will have an active LMS account during study period, then it will be deactivated automatically.
LMS account is for personal use, on personal desktop or smart phone.
For candidates who share LMS credentials to others or use credentials to log in in different devices, access will be deactivated and IP will be blocked automatically and candidate will never be able to log in again.
Graduation and Certification Policy – Upon completion graduation requirements for each program, each candidate will obtain a graduation certificate from IMETS Academy. – For candidates who need graduation certificate from other affiliated educational facilities like Sadat Academy for Management Sciences , American Institute Of Healthcare and Hospital Management and International Accreditation Organization, they have to fill special form and complete payment of extra fees accordingly 3 months in advance. – Enrollment Policy at IMETS Academy Abdelrahman Mohamed Courses / Diplomas are presented with all of the necessary materials included. – – All fees are payable to IMETS Academy and may be in the form of cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Vodafone Cash or Western Union from outside Egypt . The total tuition fees are due and payable by the start date unless specific arrangements have been with the registration department . Cancellation and refund policy All cancellations must be sent in writing to “ registration@imetsacademy.com “. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 21 days or more before the start date of the course / diploma. – A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 14 -20 days before the start date of the course – No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or less before the start date of the course – Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the initial payment. Refunds to credit cards are processed within 30 days provided that the participant has the actual credit card in addition to the POS receipt or bank statement while requesting a refund
